General Administrative Support

-Coordinate NASW-CA Chapter in-person and virtual events for special projects such as trainings, listening sessions, learning communities, and convening
-Oversee preparation of event agendas, coordinating event logistics including setting up virtual platforms, coordinating with presenters, scheduling and overseeing virtual platform test runs, managing platform logistics, negotiating and managing space and supply contracts, and making travel arrangements as needed
-Managing post-event follow ups including development, distribution, and analyses of evaluations
-Develop, distribute, track, and coordinate any relevant financing reports for Chapter special interest Councils
Agency Support and Development
-Attend staff meetings, as assigned
-Support special projects with the Chapter, as assigned
-Participate in professional development opportunities, as assigned

About the Position: We seek to hire a Therapist with interest and experience in the field of infancy and early childhood. As part of a supportive, committed, and intellectually engaged team, our therapists receive weekly reflective and clinical supervision and participate in weekly clinical team meetings. We provide manageable caseloads, comprehensive benefits, and offer multiple staff development opportunities.
Chances for Children staff work a hybrid work schedule (both in-person and remotely). As an organization that serves the community, we feel strongly that an in-person presence is important. Therapists work 3 days a week in-person and work remotely 2 days a week. The regular work week is Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with very occasional evening or weekend hours required. Employees are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Provide parent-child dyadic therapy
● Co-facilitate group interventions for parent-child dyads and/or pregnant mothers
● Collaborate to provide consultation to early childhood programs at partner organizations
As a Therapist, you will have the opportunity to become trained in the field of infant mental health and the CFC protocol, a training which is typically highly costly. You will develop skills in providing clinical parent-child dyadic and group therapy and you will receive weekly reflective and clinical supervision for both. Part-time Remote Position (1099 role)
We have sixteen(16) positions available
$80-$85 per session depending on caseload capacity and clinical experience
Our group practice has a contract with an EAP Company providing short-term solution focused psychotherapy to clients. Individual or couples therapy or working with children, adolescents or adults, you decide which population you serve. It is a 100% remote.
Important elements as well:
6-8 EAP sessions are typical for this clientele
The EAP provides onboarding and credentialing
Rate is $80-$85 per session
Rate is $90 per session depending on experience, caseload and if open to providing clinical supervision.
Missed appointments without 24 hours notices are still compensated at 50% of rate.
