Conference Refund and Payment Policy
PAYMENT PLAN
At Checkout, attendees will be presented with the option of selecting to register through a payment plan via Klarna or PayPal. Klarna and PayPal Pay in 4 allows attendees to split registration fees into manageable, interest-free payments. Payments will be automatically deducted from the provided payment method according to the terms outlined by Klarna or PayPal. Please note that registrations purchased using Klarna or PayPal Pay in 4 are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Once your registration is processed and payment has been completed, no refunds, cancellations, or changes will be issued, regardless of the payment plan selected.
REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS
Registration orders made before March 1, 2025, may be eligible for a refund, minus processing fees, if a refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please submit your request via email to info@blackgirlsinsocialwork.com. All registration orders made on or after March 1, 2025, are non-refundable. Registrations purchased using Klarna or PayPal Pay in 4 are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Registrants may resell their registration to another individual until July 1, 2025. Transfer requests to another party can be submitted via email to info@blackgirlsinsocialwork.com. After July 1, 2025, all registration orders are final, and no refunds or transfers will be permitted.
MEMBERS-ONLY REGISTRATION
Attendees that are Network members purchasing the Members-only registration must maintain their membership status to avoid changes with their conference registration. If a member purchases the Members-only registration and their membership is cancelled between August 1, 2025 and September 12, 2025, their registration will be automatically downgraded to General Admission. Downgrade changes will be final once completed, no exceptions.
